If the diamond you purchased doesn’t pass the test, we will contact you to give you another stone. That’s why we have designed a comprehensive shipping policy to ensure that your jewellery purchases arrive safely and on time.

Free Australia-wide Delivery

For purchases over 3,000.00 AUD Jewellery Melbourne offers free delivery on all orders within Australia. All jewellery is securely packaged and fully insured against loss, damage or theft during transit. The discreet outer packaging has no reference to Jewellery Melbourne or to the content of the parcel. We ship via Aus Post which is an express service and requires a signature.
Shipping Cost:
For purchase lower than 3,000.00 AUD we offer a flat rate of 150,00 AUD. Our shipping rates are competitive and you can view the exact cost during the checkout process before making a payment.

Handling Time:
We process orders within 24 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery Time:
If we have not delivered the Product(s) to you within 30 (thirty) days of the date of the Contract, or any other date that we may agree with you, then you may cancel the Contract and we will refund any money paid by you.

In some cases, we might be able to meet shorter urgent deadlines, please just contact us and ask about the specific item you want to order.

Shipping safety:
All our jewellery is delivered in discrete shipment packaging (Aus post for Australia and FedEx for non-Australia delivery) with no indication of what is inside. However, international orders that cross country borders comply with local rules about the declaration of value.
