Free Australia-wide Delivery
Jewellery Melbourne offers free delivery on all orders within Australia. All jewellery is securely packaged and fully insured against loss, damage or theft during transit. The discreet outer packaging has no reference to Jewellery Melbourne or to the content of the parcel. We ship via Aus Post which is an express service and requires a signature.
How long does my order take?
Most jewellery on our website is bespoke and delivery times are approximately 3-4 weeks. However, this time frame can vary, depending on the complexity and design of the piece.
Can I have my item sooner than this?
In some cases, we might be able to meet shorter urgent deadlines, please just contact us and ask about the specific item you want to order.
How is the item delivered?
All our jewellery is delivered in discrete shipment packaging (Aus post for Australia and FedEx for non-Australia delivery) with no indication of what is inside. However, international orders that cross country borders comply with local rules about the declaration of value.
7 DAY RETURN POLICY
At Jewellery.melbourne we also offer a 7 Day Return Policy. If, for any reason, you happen to be dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us subject to the following terms:
- The item is returned within 7 days in its original pristine condition.
- The ring cannot have any engravings unless we provided it.
- Please include all accompanying certification and guarantees when you return the item.
- Items damaged in transit while being returned to Jewellery.melbourne will not be entitled for this offer.
- This policy does not apply to custom made rings and loose diamonds.
Should your purchase have a manufacturing fault, you simply have to provide your proof of purchase and we will repair it free-of-charge, providing it has not been.
